LIC ADO Eligibility Details: Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) is the largest Life Insurance Company in India having 2048 Branches and 109 Divisional Offices. LIC recruits Apprentice Development Officers in the jurisdiction of the various Divisional Offices under nine different Zones. The following are the eligibility details…
Eligibility Criteria:
Nationality: The candidate should be an Indian Citizen.
Age limit: The minimum age limit is 21 years and maximum 30 years.
Educational Qualification:
i. For Employees category and Agents category: Bachelor’s Degree of a University in India established under a statute or a foreign university approved for the purpose or the Fellowship of Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai.
ii. For Other Category: Bachelor’s Degree of a University in India established under a statute or a foreign university approved for the purpose or the Fellowship of Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai.
iii. Preference may be given to those applicants who possess Masters Degree in Business Administration in Marketing or Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from a University in India established under Statute or by an Institute approved by All India Council for Technical Education or a recognized Institution.

There is no Pre exam training given to the LIC ADO aspirants of any category or so.
LIC ADO 2020 : Interview Detail
Marks scored in the Main Examination only will be measured to shortlist for interview and marks scored in Main Examination + marks obtained in Interview will be considered for final merit listing of candidates. Maximum Interview marks are 37.
LIC ADO 2020: Salary Structure
The LIC ADO payscale is as follows:
21865-1340(2)-24545-1580(2)-27705-1610(17)-55075.
This means, on being appointed as an Apprentice Development Officer, the Basic Pay will be Rs. 21,865/- per month (except for Employee Category Candidates).
There will be an annual increment of Rs. 1340/- for the next two years. At the end of two years candidates, the Basic Pay will be Rs. 24545/-.
After this, there will be an annual increment of Rs. 1580/- for the next two years. The Basic Pay will be Rs. 27705/- at the end of two years.
Then there will be an annual increment of Rs. 1610/- for the next 17 years. At the end of 17 years, the Basic Pay will be Rs. 55075/-.
In addition to the Basic Pay, the LIC ADO salary will also include various allowances and other benefits.
Combining all these, the LIC ADO will be paid Rs. 37,345/- per month in ‘A’ Class City (LIC ADO Salary – approximate amount).
